PAYMENTS

We accept payments by all major credit and debit cards securely via Paypal, Cheques and Postal Orders are accepted  from United Kingdom customers only.

Cheques will require a period of 3-5 days for clearance. Items will be dispatched after funds clear. Please advise us of your order number on the reverse of your cheque .

We deliver by Royal Mail recorded delivery within the United Kindom - £3.95 & Europe £10.00 . Please ensure you select the correct postal option at checkout. All items are shipped in plain mailing bags or boxes, with no indication as to the contents. All delivery addresses will be copied as per the customer input. If the carrier or post cannot deliver because of incorrect address then we reserve the right to charge an additional supplement. While we try to deliver all goods ordered in accordance with our pledge, we take no responsibility for any consequence of late delivery however caused.

Products that are currently in stock are normally dispatched within 24 - 48 hours of your cleared payment. In the event that  a product has been overlooked, and is currently out of stock, you will be notified of this,  and we would expect to get your goods to you within 28 days. 

Undeliverable goods are returned to us after 7 days, if not collected from the post office, any additional costs to re post will be your responsibility.

DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

It will be your responsibility to inform us immediately of any damage to delivered goods. Details must be recorded on the delivery documentation, and we must be notified no later than 24 hours after delivery. It is imperative that you do not dispose of any of the packaging as this will be required to effect your claim against the carrier.

SHORTAGES

It is your responsibility to sign for the correct number of packages as shown on the delivery or carrier consignment note. If you suspect that there are items missing from delivery, first check that the order has not been partly shipped. Any shortage must be noted on the delivery note and we are to be notified within 24 hours.

INCORRECT GOODS

Notify us of any incorrect goods supplied within 24 hours of delivery. If the items are not what you ordered, you must not open the manufactures packaging or use the items. It is your responsibility to notify us.
